    Terrible experience today 25.05.23 Ordered in excess £100 food for work lunch for entire office team. One of the mains was missing. Called to request they deliver missing food. Whilst whole team could hear my call to Nando’s the person on the call refused to deliver missing food and said would only issue a refund. I explained not good enough as one person goes without lunch and they again said no they won’t deliver missing food! Terrible service. Their mistake and not prepared to redeliver just 1 mile from restaurant. Won’t be ordering from them again.

    Was served by a lovely young lady called Fran. I was confused about what to order and what spice to have. She was so helpful & even recommended the halloumi sticks as a starter (which were amazing)The whole meal was delicious & I will definitely be back! It’s so nice to see people like Fran enjoying their work and offering such great customer service with a smile.

    Me and my girlfriend came for lunch on a Sunday, customer service is at a high 10/10, despite it being lovely and sunny outside there were smiles all round inside. Also impressed by a Manager who didnt just ask what our pronouns are they also knew sign language which I thought was absolutely amazing. By far the best nandos weve ever been too because the food was also top notch. Big thank you :)

    Nice restaurant, very clean and staff friendly and happy to follow you up.. I think the food was fine.. myself personally I miss the service aspect to the meal.. ordering and then paying for your meal first maybe ok for some but felt like a very cold generic process.. like ordering something from Argos or Amazon… the food came out very fast and hot..so no real complaints, for the money I spent I really want a more from the restaurant experience myself. However would I go again?? It would be a 4th or 5th choice.
