IMAN - She gave the worst service ever! Should not be working in hospitality. As soon as we entered, she ignored our presence for a good 5-10 minutes, when she finally used her brain and went to seat us down, she rolled her eyes because she had to clean a dirty table. My friends food came 10 minutes after we ordered and my food was left on the counter for a good 15 minutes as she walked past it every time! Three tables ordered after me and she served their food as soon as they were placed on the counter! She made eye contact with my friend every time she walked past my meal and clearly was refusing to give my food. Spoke to the manager as he served me my food and told him I'm not happy with the service. My food arrived 25 minutes after my friends! Don't know the girl but she needs to act her weight and not her shoe size! Don't know what's going on with her but she needs to smile and get a new job! Not happy with this service at all. Manager was lovely and arranged a new meal for me, also offered desserts but I refused as I only wanted a quick meal. Usually love going to the Nando's new street but workers like her put me off my food.
