Shocking service tonight. We haven’t been to nandos for over a year now and unfortunately it was shocking. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. The manager was also very rude. The food was very dry and chicken burnt. After we waited 40 minutes for our food, we were told that there is no bread and no dessert left despite paying for it. Not even an apology

First visit to Nandos in a couple of years and won’t be going again. Service was awful. Manager who served my husband at the till was very unhelpful and dismissive. They didn’t have a lot of things on the menu. The chicken was tough. Then before we had finished our dinner the manager brought the desserts out and when I said we weren’t ready she ignored me and put it down. Not the worth the money.

Shocking service, we told them we're aiming to leave quite soon as we booked to go to the cinema. They said it'll be fine and we'd make it on time.... I could see 8 tables free and I was told by the entrance staff that she was not ready to seat people at the table so we waited.... I saw other customers order their food alot later at the counter whilst we ordered on the app. They got their food first I asked how long will our food take, i was told it'll be 4 mins after waiting 15 mins and over 35 mins in total they offered us a pathetic excuse of an apology and a takeaway box. Will not be returning here again. Food portions were small, dry and hardly any sauce 😕 funny part was they didnt have any perinaise. Come on! What Nandos doesn't have perinaise? Very Disappointing.
