First class food and service. Been to the Wolverton one a couple of times before, this was the first visit to the Xsacape restaurant. The owner, Naseem, makes the effort to visit customers at the table to make sure they are happy, and we were. Look forward to the next visit and all the best to Nasseem in all her ventures (and with the new addition to the family).

Absolutely terrible! We were so excited to try this place. As soon as we got here and sat down, a waiter came over to us and told us to look after the kids and make sure they don’t hurt themselves with the cutlery! We told her the kids are fine (only my eldest had the cutlery in his hands and he’s more than capable of holding them and not hurting himself!!) after insulting us she walked away! Absolutely terrible! I got up and walked straight out! Edit to reply - yes I did get up and walk straight out, if she was worried she should have been polite and actually told us what happened in the past instead of being rude and telling us to look after our kids which we were doing! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Telling me it’s an untrue account and it’s our loss?! Are you joking? This shows you don’t know a thing about good customer service! Yes please post the CCTV! My son is more than capable of handling the cutlery! And we were right there keeping an eye on both kids!! We had just sat down!!! I’m honestly shocked if you think that that was good customer service! I had searched you guys and was genuinely excited to try your food! Honestly disappointed and even more so given your response at the restaurant and now to this review! You should own up to your mistake and instead just apologise instead of telling my husband it’s fine if we want to leave and go! And the cheek to say ok clear the table?! We would love to take this further and clear and misunderstandings as clearly we’re on two different pages!! Edit: you guys are an actual joke. I never write bad reviews, but all this, even your response, wow! I walked out because I was left feeling uncomfortable, hurt and embarrassed. Her tone of voice, facial expression and rudeness is what made me want to leave. I on the other hand responded to her nicely and said they’re fine. My ego? Wow. My kids safety? I ALWAYS make sure my kids are fine. I was told NOTHING of what happened in the past with yourselves. You spoke only to my husband so please, correct yourselves. Defame yourselves? Your responses have done just that. I’m honestly shocked, but I hope anyone reading this and any past comments by other customers experiencing the same rudeness can see and judge themselves. I thought my husband spoke to the manager? Whoever he spoke to didn’t care about rectifying the situation and didn’t care if we left. That’s not what I call customer service.
