terrible place if you're seeking of authentic Vietnamese food, service was good which is good but the food was gentrified versions of what is amazing cultural cuisine. Bhan mi is just a full loaf of bread with slices of pork on top that is only able to feed a day old fetus. the pho uses luke warm water and broth powder to soak your rock hard noodles. I only had hopes that the white rice provided with the pork ribs was good but unfortunately the rice was undercooked and had raw grains. this restaurant is a spit in the face of the hard work Vietnamese cuisine had to endure to become so popular.

Ordered £70 of takeaway for a special occasion. Food arrived cold and badly packaged in cardboard/foil trays. Half the food not as described; ribs dry and overcooked, missing most of the accompaniments including slaw. Pork belly starter (with 'coconut water and ramen style egg') seems to just be a carton of dry pork belly pieces? Duck fried rice is almost £15 and consists of a tiny portion of greasy rice, 3 shreds of duck and a few scraps of red cabbage. I very rarely leave reviews but am quite appalled at spending £70 on a takeaway for two and it being considerably worse than our local Chinese. Not sure if it's a bad night in the kitchen or what but I wouldn't recommend the food to anyone based on this, absolutely not at these prices. Really disappointing. Maybe enjoy the cocktails but eat elsewhere.

Usually love this place (we were going most weeks) but the service was poor this week. Unfortunately we had to return the chicken as it was still pink and raw in places (to be told that the chicken was supposed to be pink near the bone!) Felt like our complaint (we were v polite) wasn't delt with very well at all and left feeling unhappy for the first time. Hmm
