    This is going to be a long review, but it’s very needful to let all prospective or future customers know what they are in for. This is a small business that feels like they are multi million because sadly they have no idea what customer service is. I sent 4 emails to them (1 immediately after order to make a change and 3 after order was received). Please guess how many times they replied to me? ZERO RESPONSE. The only response I got was the automated “order received” and “order delivered” You will definitely like shopping with them if you want to be treated like a machine and you are a suffer-head Please if you are from the EU I would advise you not to buy anything from them. The shipping was way too expensive plus you have to pay the customs additional fee and it’s not small. I can’t be paying that much to be treated with no regard. The headache I had to go through while waiting for the arrival is another thing plus I couldn’t even communicate with them because these people don’t care once they receive your money. Such a horrible transaction. And when the product finally got into my hands after a whole 1 MONTH. It was packed inside a stinky used Indomie carton that had oil inside it. I get the idea of recycling but put in some effort!!! They never told me one of the products I ordered wasn’t added. I had to send them three emails BEGGING for a refund before they refunded me. But not a single reply from them. Can you imagine how silly that can be?! Were they hoping I wouldn't ask for a refund because not telling in advance is a big red flag! My conclusion is DON’T BUY FROM THEM, most especially if you are from the EU. This is a wrong moment to shop from the UK small businesses and definitely the wrong place to shop if you want some human treatment.

    Terrible, the website is not monitored at all, this is the second time that I've tried buying something from here and they just don't care, I've tried calling but both numbers are invalid or just not working, they take the money really well but don't know how to ship orders. I live about 1.5 miles away and they still don't deliver. Its been 4 days and it was meant to be a next day delivery . Its a pity because, although, last time I had to call 4 different people and took double the time that I paid for the lady was actually nice. I may change my review if I get the order or will just contact my bank because I'm a student. Update: I got a refund, I'm not upset I just think that the website needs to have realistic delivery dates as they have good prices but they take a long time to deliver.

    My experience with them was terrible. I placed an order and for three days, the items had not been dropped for courier. Now, I am scared that I may have been swindled. Their telephone line remain switched off during business hours and hence could not be reached. Day 3 and counting. First impressions last longer. Half-star at best.
