Shellac manicure didn't last more than 1 week. The hairdresser doesn't speak good English, she cut too much hair and didn't colour it evenly, I wasn't happy with result, its longer on 1 side. But the worst is the manager Kelly who was very quick to respond to messages to book and take money but totally ignored my feedback about the bad service. I was a loyal customer and paid a lot of money but they don't treat customers with respect : they talk Persian among themselves around customers, they shout at you if you say that the result its not what you wanted. Chinese ladies did better job before in this salon. Time to change the manager! Services: Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures
