I went to nails and beauty at eltham high street. I was not pleased. They changed the price 3 times was very rough with me. I paid £40 for messy rushed nails. I got diamonds stuck on and they all came off within the hour. I was left under a cold fan for 30 minutes. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Nail tech was laughing at my choice of nails and was talking about me and my sister right in front of us definitely not going again. Was an expensive lesson. I’m not pleased

I have been here a few times now and it has always been a hit and miss experience with staff. I don't normally write reviews because I don't have the time, but this time I feel it's a must, as its something that needs to be addressed. I understand life is tough as it is and is progressively getting worse for everyone; however, this does not mean you should make your customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Don't get me wrong, I can count on 1 hand a number of staff that are always genuine, polite, friendly and have good manners when I visit; but there are quite a few that make you feel like you are insignificant and just plain stupid. - If you happen to be unhappy with the work that they do, some make it seem as if you are the problem rather than listen to helpful feedback and try their best to correct the issue according to the customers concern. On the other hand, if nothing can be done by the staff to correct the issue, then the delivery on how they communicate this should always be respectful and never heated. To the grumpy staff : if you are having a bad day, please try your best not to make us feel like it is our fault. Thank youuuu :)) It's just simple common courtesy that lacks. Other than that, I can confidently say that the nail artwork/end product has always been good. What you see on social media is what you get. Services: Manicure, Pedicure
