  I joined Nikos through a charity Boxing event , Niko and his team are absolutely committed to training all those that attend the sessions and I can see they enjoy teaching the Art , I thoroughly enjoy the training but also the camaraderie at the kickboxing and karate classes , Great people and great place to train , the best martial art and amazing skills to be learnt , which is the reason that both myself and my son go , a great place to learn self discipline and self defence at all ages!!   Well where do I start! Niko is a positive, inspirational, happy and fun martial arts expert. Since joining this club two months ago I realised it was the best decision I have made this year. There are so many different classes to attend for your monthly membership which is amazing. I have tried them all from fitness to kickboxing and Karate to ladies kickboxing with Abby who is also an inspirational trainer. No two classes are the same and every week I learn something new. How to defend myself and keep fit whilst learning a discipline in Karate and achieving my first graded belt. I love this academy, the adrenaline rush is something I have never experienced before. Niko gives great positive guidance on how to improve and be better versions of ourselves with his positive coaching and praise where due. He spends time with everyone pushing us to be better and better each class. The people who are in the classes are very friendly, inclusive and welcoming and we all encourage each other to Be the best we can be. If you are looking for a great way to get in shape whilst being able to defend yourself, along with the discipline and respect that comes with Karate then join this academy. Trust me, you will love every minute 🤩

  Words can't describe how amazing Niko's Martial Arts Academy is. I honestly love it so much. I started by signing up to the ladies only course that lasted 6 weeks back in January and into February and since then have become a full member, training not only at the ladies classes, but the fitness classes twice a week, karate twice a week and kickboxing twice a week (plus ladies kickboxing twice a week). I have met some lovely people who have become friends and the classes have been amazing for my own mental health and fitness. Niko and the other instructors are incredible and they're all also fantastic with kids! Honestly can't recommend this place enough!

  Wow! Fabulous academy for my son. Niko and the instructors are fabulous and my son has gone from being a shy, sensitive kid to being full of confidence and proud of his self and his achievements. He has also made friends. Niko is great and very encouraging to the children and lessons are always fun and enjoyed by all. I highly recommend you give it a try! We are equipping our children with the skills to protect themselves but also having fun, respecting each other and themselves and working as part of a team! Give it a go!

  Niko is great. He’s been teaching my lad now for 2 years, and to be honest not many people would put up with him, but Niko has been great. He’s now on his red belt and has enjoyed every part of his journey. Niko Makes it fun for the kids, but is also firm. I would highly recommend this to all ages. All kids need to focus on something to keep them fit but Niko also makes learning fun. As Niko would say. LOOK GOOD. FEEL GOOD. DO GOOD.

  My son has been training in martial arts with Niko for 8 years since the age of 4. I can honestly say that the biggest impact on him has been the positivity and confidence that Niko places at the heart of all his teaching. This is not simply self defence, it is self improvement. My wife and I have always marveled at the levels of support, friendship and mutual respect that Niko encourages in all his students, from young to old. Self discipline, health and fitness are also in the mix. The families that come here often train together here, and parents are encouraged to join in if they wish. Suitable for all abilities and ages, you will be guided towards new belts when you are ready and not before. Niko understands that the true value of learning is in understanding and putting it to good use, and so you will learn not only Karate, but skills, attitude and self confidence that will benefit you your whole life. Come and join in the fun!

  Highly recommend Niko's classes. Niko has a real gift for engaging with children to bring out the best in them. My two love it so much they go 3 times a week. Niko focuses not only on skills and achievement but also on self-confidence, self-discipline, positivity and respect for others and yourself. It has been so beneficial for my 2 kids. After lockdown, one of them was lacking positivity and the other became wary of social settings. Niko's teaching has definitely helped to transform this situation to 2 confident, motivated children. Very grateful that they joined!
