    We went to many different kitchen and bathroom places, even the big national chains. So glad we chose to go with KbD. We mainly dealt with Scott who was amazing; super helpful, gave great ideas, highly responsive to issues or concerns and reassuring on any questions we had. At the initial consultation when deciding, Scott came up with great ideas to make the kitchen and bathroom work even better and showed us all the options to make the decisions needed and there was no 'this is £x extra' which was refreshing as national chains love to upsell. The fittings went well, there were some delays but Scott and KbD handled these well and kept us informed. Issues and snagging lists always arise in any job, but how a company responds is the key. The KbD Team responded incredibly well and came back to sort any snagging items, even a while after fitting. I would definitely recommend going with KbD, you can tell the company really cares about doing a great job for their customers.
