Do not go here! Walked by this place and went in to remove gel polish and basic cut and filing and now my nails look horrible.. first she used an electric file to remove the polish which left my nails feeling and looking rough, then she didn’t even file my nails nicely and just picked at my cuticles leaving them worse. The square shape I asked for is uneven and slanted. The whole thing was a rush and my nails look and feel so bad. Wish I had checked the reviews before Service: Nail cut & filing

Avoid! They have no idea how to use electric nail file damaging your own nails by making dents in the process. How they are even allowed to be open I don’t know.

Unfortunately they only have 1 staff working, servicing 3-4 people at a time, and it just doesn't work! Most painfully rushed manicure and it was quite expensive for the quality of service. All my nails are different lengths, and I don't fault that to skill but to a highly rushed environment. Had I known, I probably would have gone elsewhere. Service: Manicure

I had a really bad experience here. The service is rushed and unprofessional. During my visit multiple customers walked out due to the bad time management. I showed a picture of what I wanted done, the result was completely different to what I asked for. My nails feel and look so bulky, they are not smooth, the gel nails are extending over my skin and the lengths for each nail are completely off! My nail artist was Emily- she was unprofessional, she does not listen to what you want- she does what she think will look good only. Please do not visit- you will leave an unhappy customer! This place start going downhill. I came in for infill and they took me in knowing they have customers who booked appointments at same time. So almost half way through she asked me to sit and wait till she do other customer, then when I sit down with her again, next customer came in who had booking, so she started rushing,in the end I didn't got nail design what I wanted, I settled for blue tips, which they wanted to charge me as a design.nails looks like 5 year old painted them, disappointed, angry, and then guy who takes payments very rude by saying that I just wanted discount. Never been disrespected so much in my life, embarrassing

Got an acrylic redo. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the guy sanded 2 of my nails down to the point it started to burn, 1 which left a red mark. Filed my nails down way too short, and left some uneven.
