Today was my second time at this place and I had the rudest service ever! The technician who dealt with me appears to be the manager or supervisor of the place. Don't know her name but can describe her as the one who opens up the place in the mornings and has a child she brings along. I came back today for an infill with gel. I pointed out to her some rough parts of my nails while she was painting. She said they will all even out with another coat. I then pointed out another one to her. Her response was "you are too particular and should not come back". I initially thought she was joking and asked her 2 more times if she was serious and was actually banning me from the salon. She said yes and that usually when people are too particular they ask them not to come back because they (the technicians) are trying their best. I told her that it was improper of her to say that and it was bad customer service. She remained adamant repeated what she said, then muttered words in what sounded like Chinese, got up and a younger girl took over. The younger girl I find a lot better with her work. It was the same young girl that the first lady handed me to 1st time I attended. The customer sat next to me could not believe her ears and shook her head in disbelief. She said she heard all the lady said. I mean how much more rude can a person get. Absolutely disgusting service. Nail Addict, I have been "banned" for speaking up and pointing out uneven parts in my nails to be corrected and paid for the services. It was not free. Madam supervisor or whatever you call yourself, beware, pride goes before a fall. I will stick to my ban 🤣🤣. There are many fishes in the water. UPDATE 12/11/22 I put the above comment on their Instagram page twice and all have been deleted. Why Nail Addict??? You don't like the truth? Perhaps, you will also delete the email I sent ? Customer service is lovely they are all very friendly and welcoming. The nail’s themselves are so nice exactly what I asked for. The prices are also very good especially with student discount.
