My wife and myself been going to this wedding boutique for last 20 years. When my three daughters and my son got married we bought all weddings items and Wedding decorations from them. NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. Two ladies are so calm and polite and very helpful. We never had any issues. They can make your Jagos and other wedding item to Mach a colour scheme. Their quality is excellent.

I got married 4 weeks ago and I just wanted to say, Naginas was definitely the most helpful the most outstanding customer service I have ever had. I brought everything from here,I hired some items like the jago and other items. Overall, I wouldn't listen to the other negative reviews as I'm sure items were exchanged etc. Everyone commented on my chura, my kalera. The staff are so friendly and the owner of Naginas has a heart of gold. They genuinely want to guide you to what you need. Prices were fair and items outstanding. I wanted to say a personal thank you. We are all so impressed with Nagina. Xx thank u xx

Avoid !! Not honest Indian lady, the lady who served me intentionally gave me damaged lace. Easy for her because she measured it behind the till. When I asked her about it she pretended to check how much she had lace left!!! Avoid very cheap from her to do that for few pounds

Terrible service. I went into the shop to purchase miscellaneous items for my miya event. The last to begin was very helpful and advised me on what I needed. Overall I spent £100 on things that I found to be cheaper a few shops down. I realised this after I'd paid her the Jago wa fallaing apart and the quality was very poor as in it looked as though it was used. Also the ramabala was of poor quality fabric and and the same one was sold elsewhere for half the price. Not impressed when I took the items back for a refund she as very inconsiderate, rude and abrupted. I will not be buying from this lady again or recommending her to anyone.
