Terrible, unhelpful customer service and false accusations. My wife purchased a nice earring yesterday without trying it. The assistant just took the item off the shelf and put it in a nice little bag. At home when we opened the package we realised that the item was damaged and didn’t click. Obviously we were told that we had damaged the earring and it was sold in perfect condition. Why would we lie about it if it was not true? £20 to the bin. Avoid this shop at all cost.
