    Although there is a great selection of dresses and the initial visit to the store was very positive my overall experience here was extremely stressful. The dresses were ordered and I was told they would be arriving two months before my wedding. The dresses did not arrive at this point. Once they did arrive they were "checked" by the designer and I had to pay extra for fast track posting which given my experience up to now I did not think it was appropriate for NABBD charge given the dresses were late. When I received the dresses the wrong colour breast pads had been put in which meant you could see the pads very clearly through the dress in the natural light. I was told that NABBD would pay for the alterations and to take them to my local alteration shop. This was April NABBD have not paid the shop and I am now still being chased for the money by the shop. I cannot get in touch with NADDD at all. Overall I would not recommend this shop as the service and the quality of the dresses are completely unsatisfactory.

    When we went to NABBD for my bridesmaids to try on dresses we found the experience to be a positive one. There was a good selection of different styles of dress and we were fairly efficiently able to pin down a style that suited my two bridesmaids. The process of finding suitable colour swatches for us to take away, however, seemed a but chaotic, with all the swatches in a giant basket with no logical order. After ordering the dresses, this was when things started to go a little pear shaped - shipping issues meant there were delays with the dresses arriving and then when we received the dresses and took them to a local seamstress to have the length taken up, we realised that one of the dresses was the wrong size altogether, and even the other one wasn't the greatest fit (despite measurements being taken). This was the fault of the supplier, not NABBD, but it caused unnecessary stress. After a lot of emails back and forth (and a fair amount of having to chase NABBD) we were able to be compensated for the high alteration costs, but it created a lot of unnecessary stress in the final weeks running up to the wedding. Luckily I only had two bridesmaids, otherwise this could have been a real headache. In the end we were very happy with the final look of the dresses and there were lots of compliments about them!
