The inital interaction was awesome. Asked to put some of my videos on my phone to dvd. Price was ok. Got told it will be ready in a few days. Over a week passed and every time I call I got told we will call you back and they never did. Not until I mentioned taking them to court did the get this sorted in 4 hours and still did not call me to let me know if it was ready. Unhappy with this and would not be recommending them at all
