I would highly recommend NAAMA to anyone looking to get their tattoo removed in a safe and highly effective way. I have had pico laser tattoo removal in the past at other clinics and it has left me with hyperpigmentation but NAAMA are well trained specialists and take care of your skin (I have darker skin tone). The staff are professional and I am always made to feel welcomed when I visit. The team are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I trust them with my treatments.

Don’t waste your money! I was incredibly disappointed with my results! I fell for Naama’s misleading advertising on their website (which has now been removed) The image showed after one session the eyebrows on the lady were wiped clean! My tattoo was no where near as deep as the lady in the image so I was confident that if their “state of the art technology” could remove hers in one session they could remove mine too- especially if that one session was worth £250!! I was so desperate to have my tattoo removed once and for all after two years of living with terrible patchy eyebrows! Regrettably, the results were the same as I had before - no change whatsoever! You’re simply paying for the venue and everything else in it - not your results! The girl that saw me was very nice therefore I have given more than one star but for the value for money this place is a one star for me! I ended up finding Magic Star in Edgeware road who removed my tattoo in one session! For £85!!!

Honestly Truly the Best! Mind you I travelled 7 hours on a plane just for them and it is absolutely perfect! The service and the kind people around everything was just wonderful! Also, the session itself didn’t even hurt! I was honestly terrified of the pain that might happen but ended up going along with the day as if I did nothing, that is all without a numbing cream! I visited NAAMA for a consultation regarding removal of my coloured tattoo (which had a fee around £69)The Studio is centrally located , very well done up, good simple vibe 💯 was attended to by Alexis who was really helpful, well informed of the laser technology and the pros and cons of the laser on certain skin types. Didn’t go ahead with the patch test as my skin tone was a level 4 which is not the safest to be exposed to most lasers as it can cause pigmentation, scarring , keloids etc. I appreciate the transparency and honesty of NAAMA(Alexis) she also said they would refund me as I’ve not had a patch test. Amazing customer service and AUTHENTIC 💯❤️

I had only one session for microblading fading in September 2021 and I still regret it. First of all, they don't use any numbing cream at all which makes the whole experience particularly painful. But the most important thing for me was the hair loss in my eyebrows afterwards. I had decent amount before this treatment and now I have hardly any left. A year and a half later and my eyebrow hair isn't growing back. They preach that their laser won't affect hair growth but 100% does and my eyebrows are proof of that. I really regret going there. If you're looking for microblading fading please avoid and save yourselves the disappointment Edit: Of course I replied back to your emails and I can provide screenshots for transparency but obviously you know this. The reply I got from you (someone called Melina) was patronising and plain gaslighting. You practically admitted that hair loss is a possibility and that was mentioned to me on the treatment and I quote " While the mentioned hair loss is unfortunate, it is a risk disclosed in our consent form which you signed prior to commencing treatment with us" (that was never the case, your practitioner just scrolled through the form of the treatment) That's practically the foundation of your treatment but you're admitting not to be the case So please, save yourselves the embarrassment, I have no issues posting screenshots Service: Permanent makeup removal

I have been going to NAAMA for tattoo removal for roughly a year now. The team are always really welcoming and friendly. The treatment has been done by many of the staff, however Alexis makes sure the area is super cold before using the laser. This for me makes it pain free and having removal on sensitive areas such as my ankles and feet does make it much more pleasant. Thanks guys!
