Visited for the first time for a birthday party. The staff were very accommodating for dairy free diet, double and triple checking. The children enjoyed the soft play and the large ball pit. Personally the music was a little too loud but all in all we had a fabulous experience.

Visited with my 11 month old son on a Wednesday afternoon for a playdate. To start, the lady who was collecting payment was the most unenthusiastic person I've seen work in a public setting; we ordered some chips and chicken gujons, had to specify without salt (why would a children's place put salt on food at serving stage is beyond me), service at the bar was great. (There's the 2 stars in my rating). Proceeding to the soft play, we found that our babies (mine is very mobile early walker) can only really play in the ball pit. Thought, that's fine! Until we looked underneath the balls, they were wrappers of sweets, food and other 'mess'! I've got no idea when was the last time the ball pit has been deep cleaned. Naturally, the babies try and eat/chew the balls, fast forward 24 hours later, both of our babies have tonsillitis and have spiked fever etc. As not much for babies to do, I believe that should be mentioned, specifically when under 1s are charged entry. Won't be going back.

Hmmm what can I say! Staff need to be more engaged. I thought they were meant to host and guide the party; that didn't happen! Young mum left to get on with it all by herself. Not a great experience 😕

The soft play is well contained for safe access for kids. The café area is nice and prices are comparable to what you'd pay in any high street café. Changing facilities are adequate. Parking is okay but limited. Play area for under 2s is very limited, and much of the larger play areas aren't accessible for young toddlers. Off peak is pleasant and the kids enjoy. At peak times, like a Sunday morning when it's raining outside and there were three birthdays happening, it was standing room only, walkways clogged with wet double buggies (which should NOT be allowed in) and cars blocking any visibility to a busy main road, our recent visit would best be described as 'mayhem'. Stick to off peak!

Insanely loud music, so everyone is shouting. Not sure what the point of it being that loud is, just an aweful experience of screaming children and shouting adults. UPDATE I did ask twice for the music to be turned down. I have autism and was getting extremely stressed. I ended up sitting in the corner with noise cancelling headphones, my children were not screaming with hapiness as I was so upset and unable to join their play. Not everyone's disabilities are visible, but you made me feel like mine were on show that day. I won't be back.
