The positive is that they have a decent selection of plants and they are good quality - some are clearly sourced from decent nurseries. The negatives are that you can get said plants, and indeed many more, from those nurseries for significantly less, and they’ll post them perfectly to you. I only buy from here what I can’t find in stock direct from UK nurseries. The other negative is that the plants that have been shipped in from the bigger market players (usually European) don’t have much identifying information on them and it’s hopeless asking the (male) manager - the last few times I’ve bothered to ask him he’s either ignored me because he’s too busy with inventory work or just given me the wrong answer and walked off. Clearly you’re not going to get the detailed information about varieties that you would get if you bought from a specialist nursery, so I don’t bother asking them questions anymore. I agree with the consensus in the reviews that the place is overpriced, but it’s clearly serving a particular clientele! Edit (post response from owner): came in today to get some salvias. True to my earlier review, none of the salvias (all imported) were named and the staff were unable to assist in identifying them. At these prices, this is just so disappointing!

A good collection of indoor and outdoor plants as well as plant accessories. I did feel some things were on the expensive side compared to stuff I’ve bought online but it did not stop me from stocking up. Anyway, this place is just around the corner from where I live. So I’m definitely going back and I’m highly recommending this place to my friends.
