This bus company driver drove into my parked car out side my home. The bus was full of school children and 2 teachers. The bus driver said to me that the car will be fine but we have lost the car because it will cost the insurance company to much for repairs (right off). It was my wife's birthday present and her pride and joy. We can't afford to get a like for like car with the money the insurance company is giving us. Which is very upsetting because the bus company admitted right away they where at fault and we had a few witnesses on our side from the school my daughter goes too. I suffer with C-PTSD and we rely on the car to get to and from my intense therapy appointments and also my veteran support charities ect. We live in a village and the closest supermarket is 6 miles away and we have limited bus services near to where we are. I'm hoping the bus company will see this and how it has effected us. It is just very upsetting and there is a lot more to this.

Absolutely fantastic company, can't praise them highly enough. We needed transport for my son and quite a few of his friends at short notice on a Bank Holiday weekend and they were brilliant. The driver, Stan, was really patient and helpful and didn't mind keep meeting me back at the bus at Moors Valley to get food, birthday cakes etc. Sheila and her team responded to all questions quickly and they were much cheaper than any other quote we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We booked this company well in advance for our grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and they just didn't turn up and were completely uncontactable! This event had been planned for 9 months! Absolutely shocking and devastated as now family members had to drive at least 2 hours on a day where everyone was supposed to be relaxed and able to enjoy themselves.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE service from Sheila leading up to 5/8/2017 Wiltshire/Dorset borders event and then on the day both she and her team of drivers were superb at transporting over 75 drunken revellers to their various overnight accommodation plus doing taxiing for people at the event who had thought they would drive home but had a change of mind.
