Took my bike here 4 weeks ago for a service charged £95 and front tyre replaced. 2 weeks before I purchased a new back tyre which he took off someone else's bike but said it was new. Had problem with back wheel and called into Southsea cycles. Said nothing had been done or replaced and was dangerous to ride. He said to ride it straight home. He may be using old bits off other bikes and said had trouble getting parts previous to service. Guy at Southsea cycles said that is rubbish. Basic things for service are okay. Do not take your bike here!! He clearly has no conscious or about people's well being.

Took my bike in for a puncture repair, the gentlemen informed me it would be an hour so returned after to find he had to replace the inner tube, kindly pumped both tires and checked my breaks all for a very reasonable price of £14! Really pleased with the service and cost! Highly recommend
