THE place to go for Cashmere and knitwear. I’m a particular fan of their beautiful selection of scarves, which as far as I’m concerned are the best you can get. The shop is located right on Piccadilly Circus, therefore right by the tube station. The shop itself isn’t very big, but nonetheless there is a good selection available and the shop is laid out very nicely with stylish displays and a good range of products. The lady who assisted me was absolutely fabulous. She found what I was after and provided all the information you could want, excellent service and was very friendly and helpful. The products are beautiful, with unbeatable quality and a fabulous range of colours, which change seasonally. Prices are acceptable for the quality and luxury of what you get. Purchasing products from here leaves you in good company, with customers including Diana, Princess of Wales, Catherine, Princess of Wales and of course most famously; James Bond! ;)

I have been a loyal customer of N.Peal and on my last visit I shopped at 3 boutiques in this area. By far, this location stands out as the sales associate Ms. Mandy helped us style and pick right colors and gave honest opinions - one of the scarves had a minor pull which we didnt notice but she checked each merchandise very carefully and caught the small defect (pull) before we paid. She tried to find a fresh one but it was the last piece and she gave a small discount when we decided to go ahead and purchase the one with the defect. That kind of honesty is what makes customers come back and build the brand loyalty. Thank you, Ms. Mandy!
