    I called on short notice with a fridge leaking gas, and NPC were able to set up a visit quickly despite full schedule. I ended up cancelling the appointment after deciding to perhaps get a new fridge instead, however on cancellation we discussed the issue and what would be the best route forward. NPC helped to confirm the suspicions of a gas leak and assisted with advice on buying a new one - the best route for the situation. Sending many thanks, would recommend!
