    Jessica Shanks: you're the best! /// I wrote this when i thought she was actually helping me. But no, unfortunately it was all nonsense as she pushed me to do a job I didnt like. For 1 day i did that job and quit! Why? Because my previous work managers had been contacted by NL recruitment ànd by the other company for who i was supposed to work for with NL recruitment , WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Aftrr a couple of days NL Recruitment asked for my consent ( VERY SNEAKY ) after the damage was already donr. Like for real?! I dont think this is how GDPR works really. Its probably Even against the law. Dont even bother engaging with them, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. And at the end of the day i was made out for the bad guy for quitting that job, never came back to me as well after i complained about this. Jokes on you.

    Terrible recruitment agency wastes your time by having you make the journey to their offices. For the second time to be stood up by the company they represent with no apology or explanation, just a condescending tone and short manner for their issues. Recruitment agencies like this make the UK a hard place to work no respect from the first day; just in it for the money is the feeling you get. I will never want to deal with them again received a phone call and ignored it.

    Unfortunately I have not had the best experience with this agency as I was led to believe I am a good candidate and I would be a good fit.. Then to be told after all the process and being accepted that the role is no longer avaliable is not a great look. Only reason for a two star and not one is the speed of response

    They basically robbed me and other employees working for them. After they recruit you they completely ignore your calls and emails. Loabat Dashtabady is the only point of contact and she’s the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. They employ people to work at charity fundraising call centres but if you have any issue you’re on your own. I worked there for 5 months and never took holidays, after finishing I asked to get my outstanding holiday payment (as it’s the law) and they never did, never replied and stopped answering the phone. Others working with me at the call centre had very similar issues with NL Recruitment. Avoid working for them at all cost
