    Really poor service. Brought a 8 month old Kia EV6 from them and within less than 6 months broke down with a 12v battery issue. Told they couldn't sort and wouldn't take in a recovery vehicle. AA came out and diagnosed within 5 mins and swapped battery out in less than 15mins. Cost me £300. Then in less than a week, Kia Eniro broke down with another 12v issue. Spoke to the Warranty Manager at Derby and she informed me they couldn't look at the breakdown until 12th June (5 weeks) for a simple battery swap out. DON'T BUY FROM THESE. BURTON KIA ACCEPTED THE CAR AND SORTED STRAIGHT AWAY

    Being a single woman and not knowing anything about cars. I was looking at a Stonic Kia when a gentleman approached me in the forecourt and asked if I needed any help.I explained that I knew nothing about cars, I had a test drive and Auran was brilliant at explaining everything, it's an automatic and I had never driven one before. I told Auran that I drive to france and after talking me through the car, it would be perfect for me. And he's wasn't wrong! Auran didn't pressure me, he put up with me and chatting and my questions for hours. I felt very comfortable. So if like me, you are unsure go and see and speak to Auran. Brilliant service and now having the car for a week I'm really happy a it's a lovely drive. Thank you Arron you're a star.

    Great customer service! I particularly liked the video tour of my new car that Auran sent when it arrived. The car did have a small manufacturing defect on the paintwork but NK sorted it out free of charge. Now it looks perfect!

    Overall a good experience, booked a test drive tho when I arrived one of the cars was not available so booked in another time. Staff member was friendly and was not pushy. Only downside was the rest drive route was quite limited, so would have been good to be able to take a different route. Cars were great.
