Very poor disgusting no customer service and no empathy for staff, especially parents with young children. Keep them waiting more than 30 minutes at a time with no communication no point in complaining as it is a fraud. Complaint number is referred back to the same pharmacy that you want to complain about. How disgusting is this

This has got to be the worst ran pharmacy in the area. They always end up owing you at least one item from any bulk prescription. They fob you off with "it will be delivered tomorrow " or "there is an issue with the manufacturers/suppliers" ..... but if you ask a different, local pharmacy then they will usually have the item in their stock and also say that they have heard nothing about any issues with the availability of the item. In my opinion from past experiences with other pharmacy's the amount of time you stand waiting for your prescription to be made up is ridiculous! Even though this pharmacy seem to have more staff than any other I have ever been to. I was once stood waiting for over an hour, when at the time I was very unwell. Only to repeatedly be told "they are doing it, there are people waiting before you". People came, collected and left in the time I was still waiting! Eventually, the only (in my opinion) helpful assistant that works on the counter asked them who was doing mine? Turned out that none of them were doing it, because they had 'accidentally thrown my slip away with the previous one"! The lovely lady that is nothing to do with the pharmacy side was very apologetic but I felt I got scowled at by those whose mistake it was. My parents have also has numerous problems with their prescriptions aswell... and the items they need on a regular basis are vital for them and are hardly ever in stock when needed. The service they provide is letting a really great GP practice down on a regular/daily basis! I and all of my family have now nominated a different pharmacy for our prescriptions to be sent to in the future and I'm sure our whole experience of getting our important and vital medications will now be a much less stressful situation. Avoid if you possibly can. If I could have given 0 stars or even minus... then believe me I would have 😤

What a great group of staff, very welcoming when I visited on Monday. After sorting out a transfer of my prescription via the barcode system, they sorted my prescription quickly. Great team, thanks for your help, the football player namesake :-D

So I am now in to hour 2 in waiting for my medication, it was ordered a week ago. Asked was told it was 'done' but needs checking, doesn't sound done to me. Had to come back next day because medication was missing and was supposed to be in a delivery at half four. Something is always missing or owed every month when they are given a weeks notice every month
