Once I selected my flooring , they old man was desperate for the money. I was still asking questions regarding the underlay. When I paid I was told they only have 2 boxes and to collect the flooring day. I had visitors to couldn’t go, when I rang at 5.30 I was told the flooring is outside and must come before 6pm. They were rude, gave less underlay so I had to buy more. Would never recommend anyone to go there. No customer skills , just greedy for your cash.

Arrogant. Used them four times within two years previously and had very little issues but on this occasion the manager/owner refused to talk to me. My brother explained that I was abroad and just wanted a quick word to clarify the prices given but the manager/owner refused him very rudely. Apparently I was not worth his five minutes as he had already afforded my brother plenty of time. I refuse to be treated like that no matter how competitive his pricing was. Bad manners and rudeness is is not the way to look after regular customers (former).

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! 0 stars if I could Absolutely disgusting experience from this “business” Booked carpets 1 month prior to fitting date. Time frame of 10am-2pm was given, then changed to 2pm-3pm then changed from 4-5pm then 5-6pm then 6:30pm latest. Fitters arrived at 7:15pm Fitting carpets appallingly, damaged freshly painted and decorated house, refused to clean up the mess that they made. Then at 11:15pm when they finished and asked for payment we had earlier agreed that remainder payment having already paid half as a deposit was to be made the following morning in person at the shop due to the ridiculous time that they came and finished. Fitter then refused to leave my property and they had to be removed by the police at nearly midnight. Absolute shambles.

Absolutely 5 star experience from start to finish. We have previously had a living room carpet fitted by then but this time we were fitting 3 other rooms. One of the rooms we needed a very large carpet for our bedroom. Our stairs are difficult to manoeuvre things up them. The fitters did struggle with the large heavy carpet but that was no issue. They called another fitter to join them and the 3 of them managed to get the carpet upstairs - much to my surprise. I am so grateful to them and to the shop for everything they have done to fulfil our order. The carpets are very high quality, very reasonably priced and the service is second to none. I have recommended them to many people and will continue. I will be back shortly to place another order for the remaining rooms.
