Avoid cowboys carpet came ringing wet asked how this happened and the fitters said it’s raining and the carpet was transported on top of my car on a roof rack. Ask him to not fit it and to take it back and replace it but was met abusing language and violence, had to call the police to get him out of my house. Went back to the shop to get my refund and again was met with abusive language and thing were flailing up so had to call in the police of which point they returned my money. Would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone very bad experience. Went to a local shop on Dudley road the same day received a very good service, professionals from the outset.

I don’t recommend this shop ! I was there last week to get my lino and the guy from there ask me £70 for 2.5m x2.5m ! Which was to much as my friend she buy form there 3.80 m x 3.60 m whit 82£ ! I ask the guy who much £ is per meter and he didn’t answer! I don’t know how they make the calculations! Came 1 boy and put down the Lino and he was rushing he done it in about 10 mins but he didn’t use to much glue and the Lino start coming off so I will need to change it soon! I call them because I was paying extra for a metal bars but they never put it down! and they never come back to do it ! They never give me the money for the metal ! Thanks Do not go there ! Be careful
