5 year guarantee, failed after less than 3, CCTV from other company showed how poor (the word comical was used) the MZR attempt at a repair was, as per expectations, utter waste of time getting them back out, but had to try, quell supris' they CCTV'd it and cleared themselves of any wrongdoing, saying their repair hasn't failed - never mind, a real company has attended, fixed the new fault and put right the MZR "repair", even showed me the loose, flapping and totally UNCONNECTED TO PIPEWORK (!!) patch repair - all this for less than half the price MZR stole of us less than3 years ago Service: Drain cleaning

I can not recommend MZR enough!!!! I have several problems, blockages and a collapsed pipe. Used several other companies who are only interested in giving the drains a quick jetting. MZR investigated fully, found the fault, quoted accurately and did the repair. DO NOT waste time and money thinking a man in a van with a jet can solve your problems. if you need anything more than jetting they want to walk away (and still get paid) This company will provide a total solution regardless of what the fault is. A proper company offering a proper service. They are the only company I will call in the future. 5* service.
