I ordered two bras in mid August. After chasing several times, one of the bras finally arrived in store in October which I then collected. I explained that I was still waiting for the second bra and asked that it be posted to me which I had to pay for even though I had spent over £200 already! Staff were pleasant and did explain that there had been delays in orders but unfortunately I won’t return due to this whole experience and will go elsewhere in future.
