If I could sum up my piercing experience with Jem, I'd have to say MAGICAL. Not only was Jem a true professional, she was such a kind and warming spirit and I'm so pleased to have met her. I went in to have my helix and upper lobe pierced. She took amazing care of me to ensure I was comfortable, and my piercings look absolutely stunning.
