Pete is an excellent teacher. He tailors the class to you as an individual to make sure you get the most from your session. He always keeps a close eye on correct form and with his extensive knowledge and experience you really feel the benefit of each session. The studio is lovely and light and the equipment is excellent. If you are thinking of taking up Pilates, I can’t recommend Pete and myPilates London enough!

I have completed an online Balanced Body certified MOTR Teacher Training with Pete in April 2021. The training was very thorough, well put together and presented by Pete. We had sufficient amount of theory and practice to build our confidence on the MOTR in regard to creating well rounded full body workout and with emphasis on biomechanics behind each movement. Manuals provided are very good guidance for training but also if you ever need to go back to them when working on lesson plans. Pete is a great mentor, always available if you struggle with anything or have a question. And will provide you with a constructive advise to prepare you for the exam to your best abilities. He doesn't want you to just pass the exam he wants you to be the best teacher you can be. And once you a part of a training you are a part of a community and continuous support. If you looking for a continuous professional development and additional training on other equipment and you are curious about MOTR contact Peter and he will answer all your questions.

I can't recommend myPilates London enough! I had heard about the benefits of pilates (e.g. increases core strength, improves overall posture, decreases back pain, improves mental health, etc.), but it has really exceeded expectations. Pete takes good care in understanding personal goals and developing relevant workouts; I have really enjoyed my 1:1 sessions with him so far... they are challenging, but 100% worth it. I definitely think myPilates London is one the best pilates studios in London, both for 1:1 and group classes.

Not enough good things can be said about this place! Pete is an amazing instructor who knows exactly how to push everyone differently in their own way. You come out of a session with the feeling of having done an extremely intense workout yet also feeling as connected with your body as ever. The sessions are never boring and there is a certain flow that keeps you going throughout. Personally I haven't had any sessions with the other instructors but I am sure they are equally good in their own ways judging by the quality of the studio and the equipment available allowing for extremely varied sessions. I would definitely recommend trying out a session at myPilates London!

I have been using My Pilates for a few years now to support my ultra running adventures. I just completed the Mozart 100 and remain injury free. I consider Pilates to be a genuine contributing factor to this. The combination of strength, mobility and alignment is exactly what I need in between running sessions. Pete and his team deliver a different level of Pilates with everything from beginners to the hard stuff !! I now organise my diary around these weekly session and hate to miss it.. DanG
