    I've suffered from lower back pain for years on & off. A few weeks ago though, I woke up unable to properly stand or walk. I made a quick appt with Chris as I was in alot of pain & feeling worried. Chris was great to deal with, very knowledgeable & put my mind at ease. I was diagnosed with a misaligned pelvis, given steps of how to improve it & I also purchased the Pelvipro, which has been an absolute god send in getting me back to normal & means I can manage the issue (should it arise again) at home. All in all, a quality service and well worth every penny.

    Chris was recommended to me via a work colleague. I visited Chris over the course of about 4 months after experiencing an increasingly painful lower back. He quickly identified the issue as a misaligned pelvis and was able to reset it and gave me exercises to do to strengthen the muscles to prevent this happening again. Chris asked the right questions to get to the root of the issue quickly and gave me confidence that it would improve. I visited Chris weekly and the focussed massage techniques really helped alleviate the pain. He taught me how to listen to my body and recognise the signs of a misaligned pelvis should it reoccur. I'm now completely recovered and grateful for his knowledge and expertise.
