Had a very pleasant year, good communication and when needed, we were helped with various fixes needed. From the outset we had professional and kind support. However, I was extremely disappointed with how they have dealt with returning deposits. We were not provided an inventory and were then accused of dirtying mattresses, when we refused to pay 800 to replace mattresses (already dirty when we moved in) we received threats to charge for various further things. Email correspondence was terrible, unprofessional and certainly left a sour taste to finish our tenancy. Thankfully deposit protection services remedied this.
