Such a shame. We were very excited when this opened, and initially it seemed great. I took my children in for an Easter treat during the week and the place was filthy, disinterested and unprofessional staff. Mouldy fruit in the majority of the trays and when I told the assistant she just said oh and shrugged, carrying on playing with her phone. Disgusting

Really enjoy the frozen yogurts, so whilst it tasted lovely, at 10 minutes before closing this tiny shop, they started putting the stools on the bars and telling people they were closing. I felt rushed and unwelcome. I've been many times and never been subjected to that before. I have photos, but won't post those publicly.

Honestly? Horrible user experience. We came by when this place first opened about a year ago and it was a bit chaotic, which we put down to being a new exciting business and working out any kinks which was fine and we were happy to disregard. We came by today and 1 of the froyo machines wasn't working temporarily which didn't have any sign/notice up to let people know, the only member of staff on the floor didn't have a good attitude and gave the impression they didn't want to be there when this was brought to their attention. They were frantically running back and forth behind the till and machines when parents and children were coming in and the place was getting crowded. In addition, the toppings are not labelled which as well as just being helpful would be potentially life-saving info for anyone with food allergies or intolerances. On top of that we have: - Single-use plastic spoons (really guys?) - Bad store layout: it's a small space and they decided to put the till at the most spacious area of the shop so everyone coming in has to form a line in the smallest, most crowded area where all the machines have been stuffed in together, right next to the staff door! - Understaffed, the girl working there today could have really used a hand between till and machines as I was getting stressed just watching - No price list: I understand they price by weight but then everyone has to stand and wait for the scale at the checkout to pay an indeterminate price at the end and be unpleasantly surprised- wouldn't it be easier to say "small pot £3, medium pot £5" etc? Especially in a small shop, you'd want to speed up the process to avoid overcrowding, no? Just my thoughts for the day, won't be going again unless they completely overhaul the business.
