    I should have read the reviews before buying my stools from this website. Bunch of scammers. Never received the items I bought and their "customer service" is basically non existent. Of course their website doesn't have a phone number either.

    Ordered a chair for £124. Gave me three month window. Four months later it hasn’t arrived. Couldn’t find email or phone number so used their online customer service form. No response. 2 weeks later I used it again to request a refund, then magically an hour later I got an automated email saying that my order has been shipped. The link to the tracking service was broken. I replied to the email saying that I don’t want the item asI have no faith in the after-sales service and will refuse delivery. They responded very coldly and referred me to their terms and conditions which state that the recipient will be liable for delivery costs of any orders refused and refunds are only 60%. I’ve referred this to my credit card company as I work in online retail and they are breaking UK Consumer law.
