I've been an NHS at this practice for over 40 years. Bakers was taken over by Sunbury then My Dentist took over. I've rarely seen the same dentist twice for the last few years but to force patients off the NHS they are suddenly saying "you are Muhammed's patient and he's going private" so they will only offer you private appointments. I had to book last November to get an NHS checkup today and could only have a temporary filling as he's not doing any NHS work after June. I need a crown apparently. I heard someone else being told "her dentist" was on maternity leave so she could only be seen privately before next year. I was told they only have 2 dentists doing NHS work at the practice and they have to be booked months ahead so will not see clients who are supposedly on a different dentists books. Beware if you are still with an NHS dentist at My Dentist, appointments months ahead are not much use if you need urgent treatment. Having been forced out of NHS care I will choose somewhere else if I have to go privately.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you to both my dentist Anjali and Mina They have been so friendly, calm and understanding throughout my visits to the dentist this week. I never feel rushed away, they both offered me some good advice for the health of my teeth. 5 STARS for Anjali & Mina. I’ve been using this dentist for over 7 years. And recently I haven’t had the best experience in the past, however the management and reception, have gone out of their way to insure that I was looked after this week. There a big difference, I believe in highlighting good service when I receive it! I’m very appreciative. Thank you. Once I’m back on the register I can add a 5 star.
