Reception is awful, sometimes they just stand there chatting and ignore your presence. It’s the worst dentist I’ve ever had, I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, just decent basic service. They have ignored a request for copies of x-rays and reception told me they won’t give copies of your own records to you which is against data protection law. To top it off I just saw an article in the Banbury Guardian that the Quality Care Commission has identified quite a few issues around infection control, cleaning procedures and staff recruitment. I really don’t often leave reviews but I would just avoid them.

Polite friendly staff on front desk. Just had root canal treatment carried out by Sandhya Tewari, she is an amazing dentist, she set me at ease from start to finish, apart from the initial scratch from the first injection, I had no pain atall through out this major procedure. This practice comes highly recommended.
