Really need to find a new dentist, as this practice has no regards for patienst time. Probably forgot, that people coming to the dentist may have to make special arrangements at work to book an appointment, and they expect to have that appointment on time. Not be one of 4 patients booked for the same slot. People have better things to do, then to sit in the waiting room for 2hours wairing for their appointment

Outstanding! I’m a severely disabled person in a wheelchair. I also have Autism & agoraphobia. Dr Amir Kazemi and nurses Sarb & Hayley went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Would recommend to anyone but if you have phobias, ASD or disabilities then do not hesitate to book in.

Taken a while to get round to this but, it's certainly needed to raise awareness of the service I experienced. Haven't attended a dentist in a while, I needed to get to one due to an unexpected issue in my mouth. Periodontal abscess. I booked in privately with relative ease and was seen by one of the dentists. They scanned my jaw and advised that they needed to do a deep clean there and then. No warnings that this would causes the gum line to recede further or any other issues that comes with performing a deep clean. This is what a dentist should do. They proceeded to numb the gum but didn't wait long enough for it to take affect and started to descale below the gum line. It was an extremely painful experience which, is kind of expected but felt that the injections could of taken the edge off more if the correct waiting time was taken. Once done, he advised to re-book in for a check-up. I did and I returned, they advised that the abscess had improved but, the assistant then asked if I was warned about the receding gum line in the appointment post the work....then 'told me' that I had been. I was then to book in for another appointment. The receptionists advised that I was unable to get in for quite a while, I believe from memory it was a few months even though the dentist asked for me to get in sooner. Receptionist advised they'd let me know when his diary would free up for a booking. They didn't let me know. I chased. And still, they didn't let me know. When raised with them, they attempted to blame the dentist for this even though it had nothing to do with the dentist and all conversations around booking was with individual receptionists. Having moved on to another Dental practice. I found that actually, they should have advised what I could have been doing to improve gum health like flossing down pass the gum line, to not use mouthwash as it stops the gums from healing properly..... They push Chlorhexidine Gluconate onto people regardless of the fact that it doesn't actually get below the gum line and it stains your teeth yellow! It seems to me that it's more about the money than it is about the health of the patient. Personally, I'd stay clear. They may provide amazing treatments but it's evident that your health is not paramount. Edit: This was not posted incorrectly to the wrong practice, you are indeed the correct practice and the fact that you have no record of me only shows the extent of how you are functioning as a dental practice. You are still sending me sms messages asking me to book an appointment 🙄 Now, I am no longer with you and moved elsewhere and have been with another practice for a while now.

I'm usually kept waiting for at least 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. On my two most recent visits (for a check-up and a filling) I was told that I didn't have to pay anything as I was in credit. I was puzzled by that and should have queried it, but didn't. Perhaps I'd been overcharged for the implant treatment. I'd had implant treatment earlier in the year. After that was completed I paid in full. However, today, I was told that I had an outstanding balance of £327.35!!! How did that happen? I was in absolute shock. Someone has been incompetent and not doing their job properly. I'm not ruling out leaving this practice.
