    I normally do not write reviews, but felt that on this occasion I had to write about my experience. I attended this practice a few days ago and I must say it was the best experience. The reception team Khan and Guy are very welcoming and friendly. The dentists are highly experienced and treat you with care and compassion. They explain the treatment options very clearly and the treatments are pain free and relaxing. Dr Mansoor is kind and calm in the surgery. The entire practice is just lovely. I am still amazed by the fact that this is an NHS practice when its run like its a fully Private Practice. Do not hesitate, if you want a new dentist go and see them. Sorry, I have just read the review below from Emma, how dare you write a review about a practice you have never been to, yes they have a NHS contract but are working to capacity at the moment, therefore the My Option that was offered to you. You obviously have loads of time on your hands, not working and taking out your anger on hardworking staff, working through Covid when GP practices where shut. YOU ARE A DISGRACE. WHOEVER IS READING THIS REVIEW, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS LADY SERIOUSLY, HOW DARE SHE WRITE ABOUT A PRACTICE SHE HAS NEVER ATTENDED. GLAD THEY HAVE NOT ACCEPTED YOU AS A NHS PATIENT.     I leave one star because there is no option for 0 The desk staff is horrible. They always roll eyes and are not friendly at all! And when you call over the phone they have 0 patience I left that practice because I was tired of receiving that type of service. Horrible, I don't recommend it.

    Have escorted my dad to the dentist 3 times and the experience was wonderful. We were greeted by Ortega with the most beautiful smile and pleasant good morning. She is very knowledge, supportive and caring. We were early and as my dad is elderly she helped us to be seen as soon as possible. This behaviour was demonstrated towards all clients who attended. It was a really great feeling to be respected, looked after and valued. Khan is so good at generating smiles from the clients. He is pleasant, respectful and funny. The experience was my best so far at any dental surgery. Well done Ortega, you are truly an asset to the company. We need more attendants like you and Khan. Having that initial experience counts. Thank you guys.

    They have some of the loveliest dentist but the receptionist are just a dampener to say the least. They need to learn some compassion and how to be helpful especially towards patients (both paying and NHS). I’m understanding towards staff who struggle with their job but they’re just straight up disrespectful and rude taking their anger out on everybody else. Anyway good luck to anyone going here. Lucky if you can get through that door without an unpleasant conversation with reception before meeting a friendly face. What an unnecessarily hostile environment to uphold, people need to remember what kindness and humility is.
