Very painful injection, as if the needle was blunt. Has caused headaches, tender areas where injected, for over a week now. In addition, my front teeth were physically pushed out of alignment by the pressure during the work. No wonder that dentist always has ' spaces'. Plus, when I enquired about joining, I was given a leaflet with prices, which were reasonable. Only when I ended up paying 6 times the leaflet prices, did I realise they had given me the NHS leaflet, even though they were no longer taking on NHS patients. I won't go back. Update:today I get the reply that they've no record of me being a patient. That's how they deflect any complaints. Luckily, I have the paper appointment ticket here. What a piece of work this franchise is! Take a good look at what care we can expect from now on. It's all about money now.

Poor customer service at reception. They sent me to a corridor and I got confused in which area I was supposed to wait. They mixed up my name with someone else’s and and I ended up in the wrong room which was not funny. Not coming back again. Also a bit overpriced just for a hygiene appointment. £80 not worth it sorry.
