    They spouse to do every 6 months chek up for kids but they don’t care my baby is 1 now they still didn’t call him in once they give my daughter appointment after six month then thay cancel I ask them when can I book again they said will ring u it’s been 1 year not heard anything poor service

    I've had no problems with the reception as I've seen on previous reviews. My problem is one of the dentist's. I paid to have a replacement denture for three dentures. On the day to actually fit the denture I said to her it did not feel right she said It had to be worn to get use to For two days I was in agony I couldn't eat with it in I had a constant lisp and food always stuck in the roof of my mouth . I made an appointment to go back . The dentist was adamant it is correct. In the end I request my money back as it's no good to me. She then said she has to see the manager. She returned with options. I cannot get a refund, I can have the dentures remade but has to be paid for again or have it done privately She started filling one side it seemed with aggression because by the time she stopped and asked me to try it ,it was dropping out of my mouth. I was so annoyed at this time I told her don't worry I'll just leave but I will be writing a review

    Terrible experience . I regret going there on the 29/922 I The doctor and the nurse were not organised.they did not have the right equipment they had to.borrow the.Dr .kept asking me do I want to.leave my tooth i said yes little did i know they talking about another tooth or root i did not ask them to remove, it was already late the tooth wanted save it was not hurting again.they forced it out my tooth so much pain and blood my face is still hurting and swollen such a waste of time the dentures are rubbish I will have to throw them away the treatment was handled with no care The receptionist could not careless. about what I said, no good advice. there was no good communication with the Doctor I was much better when i went in a came out worse its still hurting.. . such a waste of time going there .bad advice there was no need for the extractions .

    MY DENTIST In SKINNER LANE WORST PLACE EVER! Don’t go there don’t even try. TRUST ME Receptionist OVER THE RUDENESS! They don’t care about human being! I’m filling a report and I hope the receptionist will be fired! Dentist don’t know what’s they are doing making the things even worst and don’t even listen to what’s we got to say! Unbelievable behaviour! Shut down the PLACE OR replace the worker in! The receptionist FIRST! Is incredibly sad and appalling how some people can treat other people and still get paid!

    Receptionist were beyond rude. They refused to speak to my parents even though we had an appointment, lacked empathy, showed no remorse for their wrong doing. She put the phone down on me plenty of times whilst I tried to explain my parents had an apppointment. Then she proceeds to act all superior as she left my parents outside the dentistry like they were some sort of beggars. Then to top it all of, when we said we’d complain, she gave us a fake name so we couldn’t trace it back to her.

    My children was registered with this dentist view weeks ago i called customer service for appointment and customer service told us that my children are longer in the system and now my children don t have dentis children should not be kick out system it s really bad Poor customer service

    Try getting a dentist appointment with this company is a joke always waiting months in advance for then your appointment to be cancelled then you call up months later to book for another check up after going to a private one to be seen because this place was a joke now just to be told today they have no dentist to see me as mine has left... What type of place are you running for a start it's a complete mockery

    I telephoned spoke to a very rude, uncaring,unprofessional ,very inpolite reception lady. She wasn't even interested what I have to say and finally she put down the phone on me. Very unprofessional and don't understand why those people hire this type of people. Thats not a good welcome but a put off, the organisation need to sort this out.
