I went there today just to see hygienist, lovely lady, £53 for 20 minutes a little steep in my opinion, went to pay bill and book next appointment, I was told the bill had an additional payment of £30- £40! apparently as deposit for next appointment as some people don’t turn up, I have never missed an appointment. Basically that means if I have annual appointment which I do, I’m paying £80-£90 every time! I cancelled. That should only be charged to people that have had a history of doing that
