Managed to get an emergency appointment after not being able to get in at my own dentist so I was grateful for that. But when I turned up for my appointment it was chaos in the practise, there seemed to be a lot of tension from the staff and the dentist didn’t seem In the best mood, quite abrupt and kept huffing every time he had to look in my mouth, the dental nurse kept wondering off which seemed to annoy him even more. The X-ray machine was broken so we all had to keep going out the room to get it to work then eventually had to go to another room, just quite an unprofessional experience. 100% wouldn’t be returning and just thankful I never registered at this practise when I was looking.

Me and my family have been going to this dentist for years and I can’t fault it. Dr Hakeem has always been great with us all especially my youngest daughter who has been worried about the dentist, she puts her at ease at every contact. We have always been seen on-time and get a review appointment every 6 months. The reception team are very friendly and helpful to!

Terrible place. All they want is money. They told me I could have 2 fillings on the special scheme for 130. Because I didn't book it straight away when I finally saved the money from my disability benefits, they told me it would be 130 pounds each, and just took me off their books. Nasty horrible people....
