I needed an emergency repair and was so stressed and the team at My Dentist really did come to my rescue!! The receptionist was so friendly and informative, kept me calm and dealt with my problem so quickly! When I arrived at the practice for my procedure, the team were so welcoming and Grazyna repaired my tooth to the highest standard alongside her calming and kind approach. So impressed and I will definitely be back!

Even though the actual dentist work was good the rest of the experience I've had with this dentist is poor. Appointments get cancelled without apology and that's not just for NHS patients, in our family we've all had that. I had one cancelled around Christmas and today had a call to cancel tomorrow's appointment. That appointment was actually an urgent matter but following the dentists own advice I booked a regular checkup to avoid paying £85 for a 5 minute visit. I just get his feeling that someone with a bigger bill to pay got my slot.
