I went for my son’s treatment and the dentist, Gunjan along with her assistant Jaya took great care of my son and explained fully what was involved with any procedure they performed. Gunjan was very gentle, compassionate, and highly professional and her assistant, Jaya, was equally caring, friendly and supportive. I can’t thank them and My dentist Practice enough and so I highly recommend this Dentist and her assistant for dental treatment.

I have started my teeth straightening journey with Dr Shahzia about 6 months ago. She has been amazing every step of the way. I feel so confident with my smile now. I will highly recommend this lady she is great. I found the cost a lot more cheaper then Invisalign and the results are amazingly great.

As per multiple of the reviews on here, I have had a bad experience with this dental practice. I booked an appointment (over the phone with the receptionist) for a check up and paid £46 up front. No confirmation text or email, which I thought was strange. I then had to reschedule, and asked for a confirmation, which I received by text. Fast forward to the day of the appointment and my orthodontist (who needed to send a referral for a tooth extraction) discovered I had no appointment at this practice. I then phoned up and was treated like I was wrong/lying about the appointment/had it with another practice, which was ridiculous as I had the text with the name of the dentist at this practice. The receptionist also tried to claim I hadn't paid (which she later rowed back from when she realised I had). Instead of trying to help me (I was obviously stressed and annoyed as I needed this appointment prior to an ortho appt tomorrow), I was made to feel like it was myself in the wrong. Safe to say I asked for a refund and have now arranged for an appointment with another dentist, who not only were super helpful and responsive but also have said (after I sent the referral letter) that I can have an extraction today. Which goes against what the receptionist said to me which was "you will never get an extraction at any surgery on the same day as you will need a consultation first"....apparently not. I never write these, but I was so annoyed at the a) disorganisation of the surgery and b) the way in which I was spoken to by the receptionist. Hopefully she will read these reviews and have a think about how she speaks to people moving forward!

Great service for me & my son, very professional, it was my son first visit, he was quiet nervous, they made him feel very comfortable and not feel scared at all, he got a sticker at the end and even a light up toothbrush and toothbrush. Sandy at the reception was fantastic, very professional & bubbly. Pal the dental manager was great very polite.
