Absolute joke of a dentist, it’s fine for them to cancel appointments but not fine for me to cancel an appointment, unless I’m a psychic and can tell 24hrs before my appointment I’m going to be ill. You just take the first opportunity to strike people off nhs so you can rob them blind by telling people they have to go private. We stayed quite when you took my wife’s wrong tooth out, but I think if you want to play funny buggers then we can too, glad we kept all the evidence that the wrong tooth was taken out.

This dentist is a pure joke. Gave me dodgy fillings that fell out within a week. Rescheduled to get them replaced only to be told there was nothin wrong and that they'd be charging me again for the appointment. Complained to head office who completely ignored me. I'd definitely recommend going elsewhere *edit* Response to my review from the dentist is a complete lie! They have not resolved anything! Another show of how dodgy this company actually is! Avoid!!!

I can't recommend Dr. Amir Kazemi Hamedani highly enough. He removed a damaged wisdom tooth with such care and skill that I had no post-operative pain and minimal swelling: he was highly professional, caring and extremely painstaking.

They removed us as NHS patients! They cancelled our last appointment due to COVID. Every time I have phone since to get a check up they said they were only taking emergency’s Due to COVID and as there was such a back log. Now because they haven’t allowed me to have an appointment my husband and I have been removed from the NHS because we haven’t been for so long!!! Unbelievable!!!

Receptionists are the reason for the score, as the service from the actual Dentist is not as good, not very helpful and don’t appear to be very concerned about my lack of teeth or that the previous Dentist sent me for a bone density scan that I paid for, and will not reimburse, because the new dentist is unable to complete the treatment required. Too many patients in ratio to Dentists, feel like your on a conveyor belt. Communication is terrible, a lot of appointments are cancelled by the Dentist, at last minute.
