    I went with a infected tooth, she passed me on to the hospital to have it removed, EMERGENCY extraction, the penicillin didn't work, it was meant to be a 2 week wait for extraction, fair enough, the pain went into my Ear was awful, a month later I haven't heard from the hospital, so I went private, it was worth 800pounds, no more pain, so I'm going private now x

    I experienced very good care this morning. My dentist was excellent, efficient and explained the procedure and after care in a clear and caring manner. The reception staff are very polite and pleasant and I cant fault the practice. The reason I didnt give it a 5* is purely because I think in every situation there is always room for improvement. Thank you to all the staff at My Dentist.

    Today I took my two children ( ages 6 and 9) to see the dentist . They have been seen by a lovely dentist, she made the kids feel comfortable, pain free treatment , both of them needed a tooth removed. We will definitely be back in 6 months .Thank you very much.

    I can understand why Mount Ave mydentist only get 3 stars average. My appointment after a filling impacting on the next tooth was cancelled twice due to dentist off sick, then pandemic closed service. Had an email last March saying still not fully functioning so only book if urgent. I waited till my final covid booster to book but was told no more a NHS client but could have private. Wrote a letter to practice manager last month about this and awaited their reply. Nothing from them, how rude of this money spinning outfit. Seems I'm not alone from the reviews. Those reading this review I suggest you look at mydentist on Trustpilot. I am not alone with the mass of similar complaints about this franchise.

    As I couldn't get a NHS appointment I went private. I paid my £40 plus fee . Only two dentist working that day , had a chat with other customs who had also paid for private treatment. I worked it out I would have to wait at least an hour to see a dentist. I paid for a time slot , I am unwell suffering extreme joint pain and can not sit long term in an uncomfortable chair hence the time slot ,very disappointed. Searching for a new dentist who has a clock and can be on time , they have just lost at least £2000 worth of business

    My 83 year old mother was conned by this dentist on mount rd. she has dementia, I phoned up and he said £85 He charged her £385 , didn’t consult with her about this.Actually tried taking 3 teeth out at once. Obviously money is the main priority with this dentist, not care of the patient. Avoid at all costs. Mike Oldroyd

    Wait months for first appointment, already had paid when booked, happy to take my money. Turned up for my appointment only to hear there is only one dentist working and he was running over an hour late and there were still three people ahead of me. Rebooked as had to get to work. Waited another couple of months, my daughter was poorly the day of my appointment so had to phone and cancel but rebooked straight away. New appointment today but told over the phone that I had list the whole payment I paid for my first appointment months ago as I cancelled less than 24 hours before. How can I tell when my daughter is going to be poorly. No help or answers only to email practice manager which will probably be a generic reply. Really angry that they’ve taken all of the payment and asking for it again to rebook.

    Avoid . Had better customer service in supermarkets .receptionist that I dealt with there seemed very unhappy/miserable and the dentist I dealt with seems unprofessional compared to other dentist I’ve used in the past. I had a tooth extracted recently here and compared to my last extraction done by a different dentist this one was a complete mess , my gum has been left very sore to this day as the dentist was very rough , also took him twice as long as my last dentist who was clearly way more experienced. I had another appointment booked here for a tooth filling as that’s what the dentist had said I needed , only to be told on the day of my filling that I would instead need root canal for “only” £750 . I’ve also asked my dentist multiple times if I can book a deep cleaning session and just seems to keep getting brushed off . Currently looking for a new practice .
