Disgusting customer service. I called to enquire if they are accepting new NHS patients because it says so online. When I called they had 3 people waiting in queue and to clear 3 people it took them 1 hour. When I got through the rude lady said we charge £43 for checkup mumbling under her breath like she had ran a marathon and then cut me off. Clown practice.

The dentist damaged my tooth (filling broke off) and still in pain after 11 months. Absolutely don’t recommend this dentist for patient safety. Not sure if it will ever get fixed now. Mydentist patient support is inadequate and they don't help you just fob you off with general responses. Don't go here, try another dentist please. No wonder they have 3.3 stars on google. I have just read other 1 star reviews, other people also have had their fillings come off!

Reference to Khal and Shona. Not all may appreciate it, but I really liked Khal's honesty in exactly what wasn't great and what I needed to do and have to improve. He was accommodating in fitting me in before Ramadan and explained the procedure plus after care really well. He also went through all the relevant changes I need to make to ensure good upkeep. During the procedures, both were great especially as I was in discomfort and really understanding when I needed a breather! I'll be back in 3 months Khal :)

I attended the practice today with my elderly parents. They both commented on how well they were treated. Katie was very welcoming on reception and the Dentist, Dr Butt along with his assistant Nurse, Lubna were very thorough and examined my parents in a very respectful way. It is very difficult finding a dentist taking on NHS patients. We are very fortunate not only to be registered here but also to receive such good service.

I registered at MyDentist a few months ago and I cannot fault the care and professionalism of the staff. Khalid and Shauna have been amazing in helping me improve my oral health. I came in with concerns regarding gum disease as my oral health was in a really bad way - 2 sessions in and we are all seeing massive results with their cleaning, and also acting on the advice they have given me! I love that they are professional, friendly and supportive. They both make the appointment a comfortable and welcoming place and I couldn’t ask for 2 better hygienists tbh. They ensure the procedures are comfortable, take care when conducting the procedures and talk to you during the procedure ensuring you’re okay. Super happy With the improvements in my teeth and gums so far and will deffo be booking with Shauna And Khalid again!
