    Hello to you today. I am a patient at your practice ( I have been with mydentist for nearly three years), j am very happy with the service but cannot afford to visit you every three months. I am so sorry but I am on benefits and I am struggling to make ends meet so I would like to arrange a less frequent visit and cancel my appointment.     I have been at this practice for over 20 years from the days of Mr Biryanski. A long journey that at times has been difficult with those within the practice sometimes failing to show real understanding and compassion to their patients. Robyna was my dentist for yours and I always found her very pleasant and professional. Sadly of late this wasn’t the case until after a slight emergency I came under the wing of Amit Hindocha and his team. What a breath of fresh air they are in a profession which at times has been much maligned for the difficult work they do. Over the past 2 visits to the practice I have found him to be most understanding and his bed side manner is of the highest order. At last a professional who takes the time out to explain the procedures which at times are difficult and can be painful. At times over the years I have felt that some dentists don’t really care about their patients and the so called bed side manner almost none existent. Thank you Amit, a visit to the dentist doesn’t have to fill anyone with dread. It is something we all have to look forward to with compassion and understanding it can bearable if not enjoyable.

    Awful. I have social anxiety and have been suffering with pain in gums for years and I went yesterday to dentist at some distress, and they had a look and said I had a bad root canal done ( which I had done at this same dentist) and it could cause me problems in future but I’ve been suffering for years and it’s getting worse and they said they couldn’t do anything now. And I don’t know what to do she even said my gum was raw.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst dental experiences ever. I can't remember the name of the dentist I had but he was male and made me feel absolutely awful about the issues I had with my teeth. They were my dentist for a couple of years before switching and didn't realise I had become normalized to quite a poor service until I moved dentist. 1 particular issue I had with them is that a filling they did on me broke my tooth, I called for a repair appointment they said they didn't have anything available for months! This is the point I decided to move. I soon realised all the other issues they had once I started comparing the service I got once I switched. Essentially, I was not treated with respect, I was made to feel stressed during my appointments and I was made to feel bad about my teeth and I don't particularly think they do a very good job. Go at your own risk! You will probably get fillings you don't need that will eventually break your teeth. What a waste.
